Kioz Tech · Phase 3: Full control

The last diesel bill.

You have your own hydrogen. Now we put it to work where it matters most: electricity when there is a shortfall, emergency power, heat and cooling in your business processes, mobility, and all of it without gas, without diesel. Finally free of fossil fuel.

Two sources.One energy supply.

From your Kioz Storage you have a reserve of green energy in the form of electricity and hydrogen. What can you do with it?

Hydrogen

Stored on site

In your business, electricity and hydrogen are not competitors, they are partners. Together they cover what one source alone never can.

Everything comes from the same cycle

Sun → electrolyser → hydrogen storage → fuel cell → use, with the battery as the short-term buffer. Every application below draws from that same cycle.

Frequently asked questions

Is a hydrogen backup generator a good alternative to diesel?

Absolutely. A hydrogen generator is just as dependable during an outage, but near-silent and with no polluting emissions at all. The big advantage is the fuel itself: stored hydrogen does not age. Unlike a diesel tank, which you have to check and refresh regularly to stop the fuel degrading, your hydrogen reserve stays usable indefinitely and maintenance-free.

Why would I choose hydrogen cars for my business?

Hydrogen cars combine the advantages of driving electric with the convenience of conventional refuelling. You emit only water vapour, yet you get a long range, often 500 to 700 km. And you are not waiting around to charge: a full tank takes 3 to 5 minutes. That makes them ideal for staff who are on the road a lot or who carry heavy loads.

Can I heat my office building or home with hydrogen?

Yes, and it works best as a hybrid solution alongside a heat pump. A heat pump is ideal for constant base heating, but on genuinely cold days it runs very inefficiently and draws an enormous amount of power. It is exactly at those peak moments that the Hyting hydrogen system steps in. It does so safely and flame-free, through a catalytic reaction. So you heat efficiently, reliably and without CO2, all year round.

Why does Kioz believe so strongly in a hybrid future?

Because making everything depend on electricity alone is too big a risk. In a blackout your entire operation stops, and financially you are extremely exposed to swinging power prices. On top of that, our current electricity grid simply cannot carry full electrification. Smart hybrid combinations with hydrogen create certainty, spread your risk and take load off an already overfull grid.
